rooted and loaded up ICS on sony play.. now stuck at sony ericcsson logo

hey guys.. as the title says.. i rooted and installed ICS by using CWM and now my phone is stuck at the sony ericsson logo and i cant go back into CWM or anything at all ... Any suggestions on recovery? Im really stuck and now i dont have a cellphone
