Root Samsung Galaxy S3 Help

Since the S3 has been out for a couple of months, I'm curious what is the preferred rooting method? With other devices, I guess I was most used to CW Recovery.

I need easy instructions for rooting the device and any links would be helpful. I am never sure of myself when I root a phone.

I downloaded the Driver - I see what settings I need to enable on the device, then below that it says:
DOWNLOAD GS3DebugFSRoot R2 FOR US GALAXY S III VARIANTS ONLY!!!
What is this?
