ROOT HELP!!!! XOOM FE (MZ505 [Moto_MZ505_3.007.02_WIFI_GEN])

I have the Moto XOOM Family Edition (MZ505 [Moto_MZ505_3.007.02_WIFI_GEN]). Running ICS 4.0.4

I would like to Root the device but with all the research I've done, it seems it's not possible. There doesn't appear to be a way to get into fastboot on this version of the Xoom. The Dev's from other sites worked on several exploits but nothing I have tried works.

Anyone out there know how to root this device or know if there is an RSDLite flash with a rooted version of Android available for this device?

hello all xperts please help me that one moto xt 909 came tome at ap fast boot mode when i power on and shows this only and i do not know what version and which rom was in it ,i try to fix it by rsdlite 5.7,6.0,6.1.5 with version 2.3.6,4.01,4.1.2 but nothing happens it always failled at step six at ptd.bin please guide me how to recover,how to choose rom,thanks
