Root for Verizon SM-G900V?

Does a root exist for this phone yet?
I read a lot of threads but it seems to keep going back to not working on this phone??

I have Android version 4.4.4.
I downloaded Towelroot V3 but when I run it, I get "This phone is not currently supported".

Im assuming you are on the latest NI2 Firmware? If so, you first need to flash the NCG Stock kernel, then Root using Towelroot, then flash the NI2 Stock kernel. This should get you up and running. XDA has a good article on this. (Safely Upgrade and root NI2).
