Are there any Roms that have 7 screens like the stock rom?

That's your launcher. You can download LauncherPro, GoLauncher, ADW Launcher or pretty much any other one and have 7 screens. You might have to change it in the settings though

That is not really a ROM thing but is related to the launcher/home app that you or the ROM is using. There are launchers on the market that are able to be customized to different numbers of screens.

No need to apologize at all!! Its always good to ask questions if you have them, in fact its encouraged.

As long as you find a launcher you like you can make any ROM have that many screens. Some of the more popular and highly customizable ones are launcher pro, adw launcher, and go launcher ex. I would try those out and see what you think.
