ROM'ing and Radio's - Does a new ROM over-write my custom radios?

Johnnyb

So I've Rooted, ROM'd and loaded the latest radio's. I've sort of went crazy with ROM'ing for a couple of days (two or three ROM's a day) and I'm not sure if the radio's are overwritten when I load a new ROM.

Any advice or information would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
John

No, radios are never included with a ROM. They always have to be flashed manually or received via an OTA.

If you're curious what radios you're on, just look under About Phone in your settings and see what's listed under Baseband version. When you switch radios, that number/identifier will change.

If you're on the latest radio, you should see: I515.09 V.FC04 / I515.FC05.

Thanks! I was looking in About Phone but I was looking for "Radios". My baseband says: I515.10 V.FC04 / I515.FC05 so I think I'm good.

Yup, you're good. Your .10 vs. my .09 just means you have a different hardware version than mine.
