Rom toolbox

If backup all my apps to rom toolbox (paid version) and then do the sbf (Linux cd) will I still be able to restore all apps also do I restore data too? I gotta do something I'm on miui.us 1.7.2 I luv rom but mkt slow n web slow I've done overclocker with no luck can't even upgrade to 1.8.5 I like froyo 340 cause of banacale tether I use on miui.us too but can't on gingerbread wish I new how to do it on gingerbread lol thanks for be help

Yes you can restore because its stored to your SD card
But I replied iin the other thread hah about making it faster
I suggest since overclock didn't work upgrade
