ROM Manager won't download

Trying to download and install ROM Manager (Free) and it won't download for some reason. I tried downloading the paid version, but it said it needed the free one too, so I had to uninstall and get a refund.

Has anyone else had this problem?

That was weird. I turned off WiFi and it downloaded fine. Not sure why it wouldn't come down via WiFi.
