rom manager problem

I try to install flyx from rom manager. I check both backup and clear cache the phone restarts and gets me a green triangle with droid on the right anyone know whats going on I can get into recovery and do a backup and restore.

I am not sure if I am trying to install the rom right or not I fallowed the guide.

did you run the bootstrap app?

are you in clockwork? might be in stock recovery

run bootstrap and flash clockwork then try it again

I got it to work I found this. guide.

1. Get bootstrap recovery either from
here or the market
2.Open it up and press bootstrap recovery and then exit out of it. (You will never have to open it up again unless you are flashing a new rom/system)
3.Get rom manager from the market and press flash clockwork at the top and install it by clicking "droid x".
4.Scroll down to backup current rom
5.name it
6.press done

I was missing highlighted part. did not know I had to do that to get the rom to install.thank you all for your help.
