I just downloaded from the links in the OP, maybe they came back up. See if you can get it if you try again.

Installed Gummynex, everything is working great, but now I cannot get my apps back. Anyone know whats up?

Google Apps? Will need to flash the GApps package linked in the OP.

I mean the apps I downloaded from the market. I have the Google apps. Unless I'm supposed to download them again? Its been a while since I've rooted anything lol

Well..it says in the changelog that auto restore is working...did you happen to uncheck it during setup? If so, or if it's just not working for you and you don't have them backed up anywhere (Titanium backup) then you'll probably have to download them again.
