its most likely that if ringtones don't wory, all sounds dont work (including mp3 files), and that you're on the wrong kernel.

were you on .32 leak? did you update to the correct kernel?

No I just loaded rom ..how do you update kernal. ?like I said some ringtones work, and alot don't.
