Ringo issue

I downloaded Ring so that I might use custom rings and notifications but when I save a tone to my sd card to use for this purpose I can't seem to find it on the list.

Is there something I need to do to update my media library so that it will recognize it?

I use ringdroid and have never had an issue finding a ringtone or notification tone once saved. Its an awesome app. Its the first one I download when I get a new phone.
