reverting droid 2 global back to stock W/O using phone

hey guys, first off, im pretty much a noob and i would love some help.
i have a droid 2 global.
im running fission, but i cant acess the phone because it isnt activated. i have to activate it to get past the setup screen.
i want the phone new and back to stock everything, is there anyway i can do that without using the phone? thanks

You need to SBF.

And why cant you activate? In fission once it calls activation number you can use the number keys on the keyboard since there is no on screen dialpad to choose option 1 to program the phone.

Also, you can bypass the "activation screen" by touching the corners starting with top left clockwise.

He probably can't activate it because he stole it.
