returning phone

I updated to.215 now have to return it thrue the mail for a speaker issue. Can anyone tell me if i have to go back to.211? If so how would i do that?

If the update was official (from system notification that "updates are available") then no, no need to go back. If phone was rooted and using a leaked version or custom ROM, then yes.
