Restricted Number

I am having a real problem. When I am calling my mother it is showing up as restricted. I have never had this problem before. Please help. Thank You

Call Verizon and have them check your account.

It's probably on her end. Have her call and see what restrictions she has on her account.

You can also go into your My Verizon account online and set up how you want your info to be displayed on caller I.D.s. It doesn't cost any extra.
