Replacement Incredible. S-off

Anybody ever recieved one? got a replacement Dinc today and it started resetting itself every couple of minutes. Booted into the Hboot and it was S-off.

Evidently somebody wasn't paying attention when they checked it out.

Does it even with the SD card removed. Pretty sure its the temperature sensor cause the phone only does it once its been used for a bit and it gets warm. Just thought it was interesting that it was set to S-off in the hboot screen. Evidently it was rooted before and they didn't look at it close enough

No big deal though. Verizon over lighted me a replacement.
