Replaced Galaxy Note 2 screen, now wifi and battery are bad

I recently replaced my shattered Galaxy Note 2 screen, and now my WiFi only seems to work right next to the router, and the battery drain is horrible (about 10-15%/hour with the screen off). The phone work, and the touch screen functions, but the battery life is a dealbreaker (the WiFi, while annoying, is not my biggest concern since I have unlimited data from Big Red).

Any ideas or assistance is GREATLY appreciated!

Cheers,
B.D.

Sorry I don't have a answer for you, I do have a question though, how hard was the screen to replace?, you need to move this to the note 2 section my have better luck getting answers there, good luck
