Removing Title Messages from Icons

Is their an app or a setting i could use to get rid of the titles of the apps. To further clarify like Pandora. It would just show the icon and not the word "Pandora"

Just tested BetterCut and it's a no go with that. You can however make the title a "space" but the transparent backgroun thats behind the words will still show.

I want to say at one time there was a home launcher program I had (might have been aHome its the only one not loaded on ym phone so I could check) that would allow you to remove that transparent background.
