Remove HTC programs

Is there any way to uninstall HTC programs? Peep is one I would lose since I uses Twidroid Visual VM and it's 8 KB of memory storage is another I would like t delete.

I know how to uninstall Apps that I have installed. Maybe someone should create an app that removes apps.

The apps that came with the phone cannot be removed unless the phone is rooted.
