Is there any way I can remotely access my phone to check texts and such?

Basically my phone stays outside the office, but I have internet access(pretty much free reign). So if there is a way I can get into it through a web service or something I would love to.

Thanks in advance!

Thanks, cant install things on the work PC though :(

LazyDroid will let you remote access your phone via a web interface without having to install anything on your computer

Downloaded lazydroid, but it only appears to pull a private IP from my provider. Any workarounds for this? Or another app I can try?

If u use Google voice to txt u can check it online threw ur Gmail account. Downside is u will have a separate number for txting

Airdroid will let you retrieve and send your txts and more with it. But it must be connected to a wifi access point and if a firewall is setup it might now work because it has to pull an ip address that the program is using. Give it a try.

I do use google voice quite a bit, but it isnt my primary number, and it has its limits.

Droid VNC Server works great for that, though I'm pretty sure you need root access. Give it a try, it worked great for me!
