How do i recover or any apps that i purchased from the Droid Market like after i SBF my phone?

I originally purchased beautiful widgets and a theme but recently my phone was acting up and i SBF'd back to factory. If i try to download the same apps that i had originally purchased, it is telling me i have to pay for it again.

Just in case i need to SBF my phone again, is there a way i can back them up to avoid this headache?

The apps should be saved with the gmail account you had in before you sbf'd.
If you entered a new gmail account in afterwards then you will have to pay for them a second time. Best thing to do is to do a factory reset and then restart using the original gmail address.

You can also check in market.android.com to see what apps you have under your gmail address.
