Recommend Apps for my New Galaxy S III

OK, so what apps should I put on my new toy?
I'm looking for suggestions for tools, games, a great camera app, music app, dictation, weather, a good bowling game, calculator, calendar--oh! and Tetris....I've yet to find a great tetris game (heh, heh, not a big gamer dude, obviously!)

I'm using the stock apps for a bit and seeing how they work. The only non stock app so far is business calendar. I may go to a 3rd party texting app tho cause I don't really care for the ui of the stock one.
