My DROID incredible keeps on rebooting but doesn't turn on. What should I do? Or is it broken?

The only thing I can think of is plugging it in my computer. Im not even sure where to go from there.

Sounds like a corrupt boot partition or kernel corruption. May need to wipe the system (factory reset).

I was thinking of doing a factory reset. It looks like that's the only option I have left.
How do i reset it though? Since it doesn't turn on?

I have gone through this a few times in the last couple days. Wish I never installed the update. Pull your battery to turn off the phone. Re-install the battery. While holding the volume control rocker switch in the down position push the power button. There will be a menu of options to choose from. Use the volume rocker to scroll up and down and the power button to select. I would try rebooting the boot logger first. If that doesn't work you can do a factory reset.

Thanks for the info.
