Rebooting when charging

seconds after I plug my droid X in the charger it reboots every time, help?

All stock? Using the charger"s" that came with the phone?

No GB leak and yes charger that came with the phone

I had the same issue and found out it was Bump...people in the market were having the same problem. I un-installed it and the problem went away.
