Rearranging Icon

How do I rearrange the icons for my apps? I prefer to have the frequently used/important ones on the first panel. Thanks.

You are talking arranging the order of the icons inside the Applications Panel, correct?
In the Applications panel, select the Menu button, then click the Edit option. You will be able to rearrange the app icons as you like.
