Rearrange Pull Down Menu . . . ?

Is there a way to rearrange the icons in the upper part of the pull down menu? You know, where the Bluetooth - GPS -Sound - Mobile Data, etc, icons are.

Unfortunately no. Though there are ROMs that have customized it to make more sense.

Can't believe WiFi isn't an option, just a constant notification. It is in all the other international versions of the S3, but of course not Americas. Typical, probably because Verizon...

From what I have read it is available for AT&T and T-Mobile in the US, so it is definitely Verizon.
