Re enable remember password prompt

On Droid Inccredible. Posted this in my section to no response, and I'm hoping my question is universal on all Android platforms.

How do you re enable the save password prompt again. Either I clicked never remember or not now, regardless the prompt isn't coming up again and I would like it to remember my password.

Im hoping I don't have to clear all passwords.

did you look in settings within your browser? try unchecking and rechecking the save passwords option

I tried that, and looked through the settings 100x will feel like a fool if it is there tho, lol.

I fixed this on my droid from the home screen.

Settings->applications->manage applications->all->browser->clear data.

Of course you loose all other browser settings/history in the process.
