We have two old Motorola RAZR phones that we are going to donate, one battered women and the other to the troops overseas. How do I wipe the memory and phonebooks so they are clean? I don't want to go entry by entry on each phone.

My suggestion is to take them to your local Verizon store and have them do it with one of their machines.

My Razr was acting up a few years ago, and they did a complete system wipe and restore (just like reformatting your hard drive).
