Razr Sound issue

So I just got a Razr yesterday. And I'm noticing that the keyboard clicks as well as my audible selection don't work at all. My volume is all the way up (all of them) and still nothing.. I have smart keyboard pro and have that sound clicked and volume all the way up. Also when I was using Zedge to get text tones the preview would play but no sound would play. I already called and got another one sent to me for am HDMI and camera issue, but I'm just wondering if the phone is supposed to support screen click sounds and all that I'm having problems with. A lot of Android phones are having this issue. Try this app and see if it works. The Pro version lets you route sound during phone calls too!
