Are both of these phones going to have "X-GB" of memory or will they accept SD cards?

The Razr I'm not exactly sure but I'm assuming 16gb internal and it will have an SD slot. (Time will tell if it comes with a card.) The Nexus will (rumored) come in 16 and 32gb with no SD slot.

If I'm not mistaken yes the RAZR will have a 16gb micro sd and micro sim card with 16gb internal
