Razr Menu Key not working

the menu key remains lit, however there is no vibration (haptic feedback) nor is there any action done when pressed. the other bottom 3 keys work perfectly. any help? i tried a factory reset and nothing worked. also booted in safe mode, nothing. my phone is not rooted btw.

If you already tried the factory data reset I can't think of anything else that will help you, especially if the problem occurs while in safe mode. Sounds like you might need a new device.
