Razr Maxx Screen

I got my girlfriend a Razr Maxx to push her into the 21st century and get rid of her flip phone. I noticed that when you plug the phone in when we go to bed it is fine. But if she gets a text message, email, missed call, ect... during the night the screen will come on and not turn off until you physically push the lock/unlock button. This causes the phone to became extremely warm. I have the Razr Maxx HD and I don't have this problem. As far as I can tell the settings on my phone are identical to hers. Any thoughts?

Check in the developers options and see if display stay on while charging is check. Just a thought.

If it's not HD it might as well be a newspaper.
