Razr Camera

Hey guys. My girl just got the Razr last night. Pretty sweet phone. The camera sucks bad though. I remember a moto dev saying its just their software and not the lenses or hardware. The images taken are very desaturated, grainy and distorted.

Question: what is a good camera app that will take better photos than the stock one. A free app is preferred as I can't get her to buy anything of the market most of the time. Vignette seems promising, any others? Can I pull a camera apk from a sense rom an install it on a non rooted moto device?
