RAZR battery dying quick

"Android OS" is using my battery way too fast at 33%.

I'm wondering what is is exactly and tips on saving battery life.

1. turn off wifi
2. turn of blue tooth and only turn on when you need it

4. Keep your power charger with you at all times.
