So yesterday i was walking across a parking lot to the mall. When it just down poured out of nowhere. I ran and got completely soaked. Well my phone fell out of its carrying case and landed in a puddle of water while getting rained on for about 10-15 mins, unbeknownst to me. I find it dry off the outside and battery compartment with a towel. And then put it in rice when i got home for bout an hr.
Now my GS5 turned on and worked for about 30 mins before the screen went out. It powers on, it charges, but gives the warning message "to use original charger" and my applications and everything work when phone is on. Only problem is my screen is pitched black and has a flash of meshed up colors every once in a while.
What can i do to fix my phone?
