Radiocomm will not recognize my phone

So, I decided to do a refresh and used ovelayer's 1-click to go back to bone stock .906. When I try to connect Radiocomm to do the radio hack, I can't get it to recognize my phone no matter what I do. I've used two different computers, a Windows 8 machine and a Windows 7 machine (both 64-bit), with no success. I was successful when I first did it so I don't understand what the issue is. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

so how did you get radiocomm to recognize your phone having the same problem.
