Radio downgrade

I recently upgraded my radio to 2.15.00.11.19 to try and get better battery life out of my ROM. Now, I was curious about downgrading back to 2.15.00.07.28. I've read conflicting reports about doing so. Would it be possible to downgrade in the same manner that I flashed the newer radio baseband, or would that brick my phone?

Yes, it would be the same process as how you flashed the 2.15.00.11.19 radio. If you did it correctly, it should not brick your phone.
