Does anyone have a copy of this theme? I've tried to get it from his site but all of his links give me the 404! Any help is appreciated!

To apply that theme you need to delete boot animation and possibly sounds to get at least 17mb free space for it to install. I used root explorer to get it done and installt the first time like a charm. Well worth it too.
