Ok so I have a police friend who has been having trouble getting evidence off of droid phones. Anybody have a suggestion? It is for good reasons so any help is appreciated.

As in a paper trail/browser history whatnot? I would imagine anything that requires communication through internet protocol or secure server would have to be requested from the carrier? Im sure they keep track of that for certain lengths of time.

What other kind of evidence are you searching for? Any kind of saved file would be easily accessible if the phone was in their posession.

A police friend that doesn't have access to a law enforcement tech department?

Sure it isn't just spying on a girlfriend/boyfriend or husband/wife?

They cant submit a cellphone a evidence for text messaging. They actually need printed transcripts. Was looking for a way to pull text messages from phone. Normal phones are easy, Iphone also easy, but droid not so much.
