Questions in the first 24 hrs

I have two main questions in the first 24 hours. 1. Can you migrate apps from BB to Droid?
2. What am I doing wrong? The guy in the store performed a voice to SMS on the display model. I can't seem to figure that one out. Is it an app I don't have or a setting I need to adjust? Verizon is my provide

BlackBerry is completely different than Android, kind of like wanting to play your CDs on your turntable. As for the speech to text, i believe when you are in a text message or something, click to open the keyboard and there should be a small microphone button on the bottom left side. Click and speak!
