Question, not a problem

I have installed Google Chrome and started using it in lieu of Firefox. I guess that's "normal" for 2017, as Netscape was in 1991! It's IPO estimated offering was like $19/share, but ended up at like $30/share, and made millions, but it's all but forgotten, now.

Okay. When I do a Google search, and click on a result, I see that the browser that opens is Chrome.

I checked default settings and Firefox is checked. I can change that, but IF Firefox is the default, why is Chrome opening?
So, it's just a question, not a problem.

Until now, was I the only person using Firefox and the only one NOT USING CHROME??
