I would like to get into the IT field and wondered where would be the best place to start. I am currently working in an unrelated field and have no formal education in IT. I have taken a home course and have my A+ Certification but didn't pursue it any further. I would just like to know from a professional in the field what they think the best route is for me to go right now. I am fairly knowledgeable in computers and wish I would have pursued a career in them to start but was young and dumb and took the "easy" way out and followed in my fathers footsteps and am working in agriculture right now. I am looking to get into IT or a related field because I thoroughly enjoy troubleshooting electronics and computer related problems. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
