question about the galaxy note 8.0

i hope this is the right forum. this is a truly dumb question so please bear with me. i'm thinking about getting the note 8.0 for it's drawing capabilities.

question....does the note 8.0 have access to all the android apps or is it primarily for samsung apps ONLY.

When I looked at it In best buy, it seemed to have everything available my note 2 has plus a few cool samsung apps.

The Note 8 has access to everything the same as any Android phone/tablet does including the Android Market. You will notice that some apps say that they're not compatible but they really are and you may just try to grab them from the Amazon market(which pays a lot less attention to what device you're using). The Note 3 is a great tab btw.
