question about seido battery

You don't, you need to download battery left from the Market and rely on MV readings - there is an entire thread on extended batteries, I will try to find it for you

For that matter what is the lowest mV a battery has before it runs out?

I know they charge to 4.2 volts (battery left will show 4200), don't know the minimum tho. 3.7?

Try flashing a custom rom or reflashing the stock rom,

In either case you have to wipe your data and cache on the phones storage and that should reset what your phone "thinks" your battery capacity is, if you do it at a full charge.

^ That won't work, I have had a Seidio 2800Mah on my D1 since April of last year, Mv Readings and Battery Left are the only "solution" - read the thread I linked, it will answer a lot of questions
