I am about to purchase the Bionic. I see that Amazon has it for $150. If I purchase it from Amazon if I have problems with the phone and need to exchange it do I have to go through Amazon or can I just bring it back to Verizon to get a replacement?
I have bought phones from best buy, Craig's list, and eBay. Anytime I have had a problem with one I have just taken them into vzw. I would think Amazon is the same. As long as you have the phone active on your line you should be good to go.
I would still recommend checking into it. I believe some policies have changed since I last did it.
