Question about multitasking

Is there an app that lets say if i hold down the home button would show my running apps and then let me exit out of them from there. Like is there a way to do this without like going to app manager and advanced app killer?

Try Task Tray. It will show you running apps by long pressing the search button. Then you can exit the app by long pressing the icon, or run it by short pressing.
