Question about extracting stuff from txts

I cannot figure out how to extract phone numbers from a text on my R2D2!! It was so simple on other phones... also how do you lock a text message??

I have a droid2 not a global. On the droid 2 u accomplish this by long pressing the message and then the options for locking saving the number to contacts etc pops up. Maybe its the same with the global

Just realized that u have a r2d2 so I'm assuming what I mentioned above should work for u as well
