Question about Droid Bionic

Hello all!

I just got a Bionic yesterday, and I am loving it except for one thing. The person who sold me it said that sometimes that when switching from 3G to 4G, it could stall and I would get no net.

She said that when this happens, just switch it to airplane mode, and back again. I seem to be doing this a LOT, ESPECIALLY when I get the notice that a wireless network is available. I also have noticed that my my 4G icon and signal meter in general seem to switch back and forth from a blue to a greyish white. What causes that?

Are these related?

Have you noticed where this happens? If you live in a 4g/3g area you tend to jump back and forth between the two. Or is it in just a specific area. As for the wifi i really never use it so i can't answer you that. When i lose data i do switch to airplane mode and then take it off and that usually works for me. I'm not sure what's going on with your phone. Have you tried turning it off and on???
