Question about "downgrading"

Just as the subject says...
I am currently running liberty nightly 0.8 and I am looking to go back to the rooted (almost stock) .596 leak. Would I need to sbf back to stock and start over or can I just install. 596 over liberty? Any suggestions would help. Thanks in advanced.

If you made a backup in clockwork you can just restore it. If you did not then you must SBF, if you are unsure if you did go into clockwork...backup and restore...restore... if nothing appears up as ex. 4.20.11.zip you did not backup and must SBF.

Thanks for the help. I will have to look through my backups and see if I even made one. If not, I'll be sbf'ing tonight.
