PWI files converted for Droid X

I have had a Droid X for a few months now, and it is the best phone I have ever had.
But.
Before the Droid I had a Palm Treo for many years. And I have saved a lot of notes in the phone, I have transfered the notes to my PC. now I would like to convert them to a file that the Droid X will be able to use.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I also came from a Palm Treo and had lots of notes. I use Note Everything Pro on my Droid X. It works great. Here's how to get your notes transferred....

Thank you for your help. But unfortunatly I no longer have the phone to sync to my pc. I saved the files to me hard disk, and Palm Desktop will not let me export the file from the hard disk.If you have any other options i will take.
